| Any project disturbing 0-5000 square feet do not require a written plan unless it is a municipal or county requirement, is needed as a part of a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) general permit, or is located within a High Quality (HQ) or Exceptional Value (EV) Watershed. |
| (HQ Watersheds in Armstrong County are: Buffalo Creek, Pine Creek and Little Mahoning). |
| Any earth disturbance that disturbs 5,000 square feet to less than 1 acre will need a written E&S plan developed and on site during the construction. It does not need to be reviewed by the Conservation District unless it is a municipal or county requirement, needed as a part of a general permit, or located within a HQ or EV watershed. |
